Frequency

While I am perfectly happy with w.bloggar for Windows, my search for a good blogging client for OSX still continues. My latest candidate is Frequency, from Bradrhine.com. This is my first post using the software, and so far I’m very impressed. It has settings for how links are handled, the ability to upload files through your FTP servier, and supports multiple blog accounts. It also supports a variety of blog services, including Moveable Type and of course, Blogger. The interface is clean and non-cluttered. Frequency 2.0 carries a price tag of $19, and as I search for a blogging client, this price isn’t looking bad. It seems to be on the cheap side, with many other clients going for as much as $40. If you’ve got the killer blogging app for OSX, please leave a comment letting us know what it is!

So far Frequency looks like it may be a winner, and I’ll be giving it a workout during my shareware trial.

[Update]
When I went to publish this post, I realized OSX spellcheck isn’t active within the application. I can’t find a spellcheck option anywhere in the menus, and OSX services don’t seem to be functional inside the app. This could be a major downfall for the program… because I NEED spellcheck.
